Xicu Sala, owner of Es Torrent, has created a unique ambience next to the sea. Initially, there only was a remote and quiet cove, in the middle of a beautiful bay (Porroig).
To that exclusive environment he added a high quality kitchen that his chefs prepare with wise hands, they have the ability to make the most of the fish. It started being just a stall and ten years ago it became one of the most prestigious restaurants in the island.
The menu in Es Torrent will live up to the expectations of all the seafood lovers. Sea cucumbers, sautéed squid, clams marinière or broiled mussels are four of the delicacies of our kitchen.
Among the main courses, some of the outstanding ones: the Ibizan fish stew with rice, the fine noodle paella with fish and seafood, the Dublin Bay prawn stew or our baked fish.
The wine list is provided with excellent red wines and the best national white wines, which are wonderful next to the sea.
