The vessel is called \u2018Nuevo San Antonio\u2019 and works along the east coast of Ibiza. The acquisition and maintenance of the \u2018Nuevo San Antonio\u2019 is a commitment to Ibizan artisanal fishing, with the aim of maintaining traditions and offering our customers the authentic local product that reigns in our kitchen.
